SplitSum requires the use of a Card Reader, there are different types of card readers with different limitations and upfront costs. If you want to start spltiting payments in SplitSum today, you may only do so currently with Tap to Pay and BBPOS Wisepad 3 via Android app, BBPOS WisePOS E and Stripe Reader S700 devices. We highly recommend the BBPOS WisePOS E (pictured) as this is mid-priced and covers best range of payment options and is the most compatible with SplitSum. However if you have an Android device you can use either the Tap to Pay feature for free or BBPOS WisePad 3 device in the app. Waiting for the Apple app to be available?
